Philomena Star showcases my fabric collection "Philomena" and features most of the fabrics in the fabric line. It is inspired by Blazing Star quilts, which included Broderie Perse, made in the 19th century. However, the centre of Philomena Star features a multicoloured Toile set within a fluted circle and octagon. The sample quilt has been hand and machine pieced, however it can be entirely hand pieced if preferred.
