Pinetree pattern

This quilt was originally made in America and dated between 1850 & 1860. Traditionally the Pinetree quilt was made in solid colours with a white background and this blue and white combination was extremely popular. This example was expertly created with dense and intricate quilting at 12 stitches to the inch. It can be hand or machine pieced. Finished size - 76" x 76"
