A quilt made in Kentucky, America in 1862 inspired this quilt. It consists of a central Lone Star block that incorporates New York Beauty points in the setting triangles and squares. This is surrounded by a series of pieced and plain borders.The quilt is foundation pieced for accuracy or can be entirely pieced by hand.

The foundation patterns for this pattern are in A3 format. It is recommended that they be printed in A3 due to the size of the foundations. This avoids multiple A4 pages needing to be taped together.
